My God Sara! (And I am a man of God, which is Love..1 John 4:8) I think that you are so incredibly and wonderfully gorgeous! ..lol I understand that everyone is an expression of the Father God’s Love, Creativity, Character, Wisdom, Hope, and Grace, that no one else in time has or can express, and this you certainly are.

I think that it is safe to say that the Lord loves you so much that he keeps your photo on his refrigerator. Certainly He had only one blueprint with you in mind and I am sure that your parents are proud of you and the lineage of your ancestors would be proud and honored if they could actually see you now. (smile)

You know scripture teaches that God was so exact in molding your beauty that it implies He was careful as to not make a mistake in creating you.. It is true.. Psalms 139:14, “I will thank you and acknowledge you Lord, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Marvelous are they words, and that my soul (mind, will, emotions) knows what is right very well.”

I thought that if your charisma and "attractiveness" is a result of the beauty and reflection of your inner heart, I might be cheating myself if I did not at least make an attempt to discover and embrace a tiny portion of your uniqueness for my own enlightenment. (smile) That is one of the reasons I would be honored with your friendship…

Below are Some of my Writings that I think accurately describes at least a portion of what I wish to express and that I believe is encased somewhere, someplace deep within your heart.. (smile) I did not want to pass up the opportunity to send you an email that could perhaps encourage or inspire you in a positive way. As time permits, take a look at my Blog and photos and if you are inspired or encouraged, (or entertained..lol) perhaps we could be “cyberspace friends”…

Thanks for Taking the Time to Share,
LOve,

VDay

Saw Music & Lyrics, and of course it totally sucked, but seeing Hugh Grant is always nice.

After that we went to a Love Lost readings event at the Altoids Shoppe and saw Jonathan Ames among many others read. I nearly peed during one of his short stories it so unbelievably crazy. Stocked up on beverages and cupcakes topped with chocolate dipped mints. What better way to spend an otherwise ominous holiday. Lo and behold, we got the "I Love You More Than You Know" Jonathan Ames book in our goodie bags :)

Happy Festivus Belativus.

Yum.

David Blaine Again

One of my other crushes. Wow, these pics are old. I haven't posted in months...bad blogger.

Lizards & Snakes: ALIVE!

I kind of want a lizard now. Well, that or a dove.

More Butterflies...

I'm considering getting rid of my blog completely and figuring out how to use Flickr...any advice out there?

Butterflies

I've been a bit down recently, but I went to a Letterman taping last night with Ashley - It was just what the doctor ordered. Took some of the fun out of watching the show after seeing how so much of it is staged. Seeing Dave close up was worth it though. I have the hugest tiny crush on him.

Spring Street

That's my friend Hillary's pic blown up really huge...I forgot what these huge photos are called, but very awesome to see this in person.

Face Your Fears Haunted House: LES

Went to this last week too, and boy was it fun. I wasn't really scared though, no matter how many times the actors tried to boo me. I was more scared of the two scaredy cat girls running into me and shoving me. Loved the shrinking room and the pitch black windy corridors...it's scarier when you're imagination is running amock.

Borat

Finally saw it Saturday night. Absolutely brilliant and painfully funny. A little disturbing at the same time though. Can't wait for Bruno!

My parents are going to see it. I think they think it's going to be like Benny Hill or something...

Borat

I was supposed to go tonight, but both showings at Court Street were sold out! What's a girl to do but try again tomorrow. :(

Halloween Parade 10.31.06

First year I didn't have time or energy to dress up. Next year having my own party and dressing up as Rick James, just so I can say "I'm Rick James bitch!" over and over and over again.

It was so warm out that the parade was just way too crowded. My friend Jess and I nearly got trampled trying to leave at 14 st, and I have the bruises to prove it. Right after that I yelled at about 4 police officers to do their damn job.

Chihuly Exhibit 10.29.06

I was underwhelmed, but I got a lotta pics...

Greenwood Cemetary 10.28.06

The catacombs were oh so creepy...

Oops, I almost forgot - I'm moving!

I finally found a one-bedroom in Brooklyn Heights on an even nicer block than I'm on now - Joralemon @ Garden Place. I'll be paying a hell of a lot more money, but hopefully it's worth it until I can afford to buy at 110 Livingston in a couple years. I have to move in 3 wks, and I'm going to Phoenix the weekend before. No time for packing, only schleping, at the rate I'm going ;) Anyone who reads this and can help me move 10/21 or 10/22, please let me know!

Deepavali 10.1.06

Hilary and I checked out the Deepavali Festival at SSS for the first time. I bought two panjabi dresses for $15 each, a cool t-shirt for my dad, a ganesh ornament for my mom, and oh yeah, another shirt for me :) Even Hilary bought an outfit :) Not to mention the dosas! No comparison to my mom's of course, but it was dosas!

RockCorps 2006 Concert After-Party 9.23.06

Overall, the party was great too. Very impressed by the DJs Clinton Sparks and from the Reception Cipha Sounds. All eyes were on this guy on the dance floor...

RockCorps 2006 Concert @ Radio City 9.23.06
Overall, everything went really well...very cool to do an event at Radio City. Nas was the surprise guest. Those of you who went to SU while I was there know if I met him I would have given him a piece of my mind for not showing to Manley Field House! Here's what the full lineup was from what I remember: Nas, Kelis, TI, Young Jeezy, Don Omar, Fabolous, Nelly, Nick Cannon hosting, Panic! At the Disco, and Taking Back Sunday.

Life is moving faster than I can blog!

The 12-14 hour days ended over a week ago, but I kind of miss the adrenaline.

Here's some pics from the Brooklyn Bridge Skate Park project Ashley & I volunteered at on 9.23 through my job at RockCorps. I've never had so much fun volunteering.
